We generally ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt. With standard shipping, most orders arrive within seven business days. With expedited shipping, most orders arrive within three business days. Please note that all orders received on Friday, during the Summer, will NOT be shipped until the following Monday to avoid a possible weekend layover in a hot, steamy UPS warehouse. Depending on the time of year, chocolate may be shipped via UPS Ground, 3 day, 2 day, or Standard Overnight Shipping.

Winter (November through April):
All States: Ground, 3 day and 2 day shipping methods are generally available as well as Overnight shipping. However, we reserve the right to hold a shipment, if we think climates in the shipment destination will melt the chocolate. Please be sure your billing information is correct, should we need to contact you.
Spring/Summer/Fall (May through October):
East of the Mississippi, Texas, LA and FLA: Due to the warmer weather during this time of year, Overnight shipping is recommended. Ground Shipping may be available in Spring or Fall if the temperatures are cooler. We reserve the right to hold a shipment if climates in the shipment destination will melt the chocolate.
West Coast: During the Summer months, Ground shipping is available to most west coast destinations.
Shipping Suggestions – Bridge Brands guarantees your chocolate will arrive in good condition. We strongly suggest using a business address to receive shipments of chocolate. We cannot accept responsibility for chocolate left outside upon delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
